Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Amplify, a division of Resonetrics LLC ("Amplify," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Think Big Shop Small website at biz-sheet-glow-up.lovable.app (the "Site").

1. Information We Collect

Business Listing Information. When you submit or update a business listing through our "Add your business" or "Update your listing" forms, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include: business name, category, street address, city/town, zip code, phone number, email address, website, and links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or a booking/contact page, along with any additional details entered in the open text field. Only the business name is required; all other fields are optional.

Automatically Collected Information. We use, or may in the future use, tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use the Site. These tools may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring website, typically through cookies or similar tracking technologies. See Section 4 below.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Publish and display business listings on the Site;
  • Respond to listing submissions, updates, and general inquiries;
  • Maintain and improve the Site, including understanding overall visitor traffic and usage patterns;
  • Communicate with listed businesses about their listing, if needed.

3. How We Share Information

Public Display. Business listing information you submit is, by its nature, published publicly on the Site so that visitors can find and contact your business.

Service Providers. We use third-party service providers to operate the Site, including:

  • Lovable — the platform used to build and host the Site;
  • Our cloud database provider — used to store submitted form data;
  • Google — whose Docs/Workspace services we use internally to maintain and organize the directory's listing data, and whose Google Analytics service we use (or may use) to understand Site traffic;
  • Meta — whose Pixel technology we use (or may use) for site analytics and, potentially, advertising purposes.

These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for purposes unrelated to providing their services to us.

Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.

We do not sell business listing information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, where enabled, use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visit. You can:

  • Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies;
  • Use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout);
  • Manage ad preferences directly through your Facebook/Meta account ad settings (facebook.com/adpreferences).

Blocking cookies may affect how the Site functions.

5. Data Retention

We retain business listing information for as long as the listing remains active on the Site, or until the business owner requests removal. We retain other inquiries and correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to address the request.

6. Your Choices & Rights

Updating or Removing Your Listing. Business owners can update their own listing at any time using the "Update your listing" form on the Site, or by contacting us at legal@amplify-music.co to request a correction or removal.

Connecticut Residents. If you are a Connecticut resident, you may have additional rights under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), including the right to access, correct, delete, and, in some circumstances, opt out of the sale of your personal data or its use for targeted advertising.¹ To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@amplify-music.co.

7. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for business owners and members of the public seeking small-business information, and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the date of the most recent revision.

10. Contact Us

Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests regarding your data, can be sent to legal@amplify-music.co.

¹ Connecticut's Data Privacy Act was substantially amended effective July 1, 2026, expanding which businesses it covers — in some cases regardless of size, depending on data volumes and whether an activity (such as ad-tech data sharing) counts as a "sale" of personal data under the law. Whether and how it applies to Amplify should be confirmed with counsel. Source: Connecticut Office of the Attorney General.
